Dear Phil,
I wanted to take a minute to provide some feedback on our buying experience. We had searched for a boat over the past six months; we were torn between a wakeboard boat and a pontoon. We had visited several dealerships and searched on-line for the right fit. Most dealerships lacked the professionalism, polish, and attentiveness that the Phil Dill staff exhibited.
In February, we visited Phil Dill Boats and were greeted by Mary Ann Golembiewski. She greeted us warmly and was engaging throughout our interaction. She patiently showed us several boats, discussed the merits of each, and provided multiple financing options. On our second visit, we had decided to purchase a 2010 Yamaha AR210 and told her that we would finalize the deal at the Dallas Boat Show.
As my family continued to discuss the purchase, my wife and I decided that our teenage daughters should go to the show and see various options between a wakeboard boat and a pontoon. We ultimately decided to purchase a 2011 Berkshire STS TriToon with Yamaha 150 engine. The boat, motor, and options totaled just under $40,000. We worked with Rodney on financing, but were unable to get acceptable loan terms; 7% or less APR. However, we did finalize financing through our own financial institution. Rodney did a great job researching and providing various financing options. On February 26th, we met Glen for an orientation ride. As with the other Phil Dill staff, he was attentive and professional. He answered all of our questions with a great deal of patience and poise. Throughout our purchasing process, Mary Ann, Rodney, and Glen provided exceptional service and support. However, Mary Ann really was the real reason we bought from Phil Dill Boats. She always returned phone calls timely and was quick to respond with answers, purchase details, and delivery status. More importantly, Mary Ann’s attentiveness and personal touch made our buying experience exceptional; it really felt like buying a boat from a friend versus a business. My wife and daughters all consistently commented on how nice it was to visit the dealership.

You were very helpful in guiding me through the selection process. I appreciate your sincerity and I never felt I was “sold” a boat. Toby was accommodating when I had some trailer wiring questions -- He could have just told me the information, but, Toby went the extra mile and drove me out to the lot to look at my specific trailer. Ann and I really appreciated John’s orientation and check-out ride on the lake. He was patient and thorough when demonstrating boat operation and maintenance. I purchased a 2007 Four Winns 210 SS from Nathan at Phil Dill boats in March of 07. Nathan made this experience very painless. In July 2010 I needed to have the boat services, I called Nathan, gave him my name and he remembered selling me this boat. That type of service is second to NONE. Since I purchased this boat in 2007, I have sent 3 people to your dealership and all have purchased boats although all didnt use Nathan. Keep up the good work Nathan!!!

Dear Phil, I recently purchased a used Sea-doo jet-boat from you.. It was a fair price, and certainly not a major business transaction for Phil Dill Boats, or my great salesperson Gary Jackson. Never-the less, I have been treated as if I had bought a fleet of cabin cruisers. Dear Mr. Dill, I wanted to give my compliments to a couple of staff in the service dept and to your customer oriented organization. My family and I bought our 1999 Crownline 192 BR from you pre-loved department in 2002. Not only was the purchasing experience exceptional, the service after the fact has been great. Greg in your service department is always friendly and honest. We had to put a new starter in the ole Crownline recently and although it was a hit to the pocket book, the thrill of firing up the engine for the first lake visit of the summer made it all worth while.
